In reply to Selegiline - has anyone tried it?, posted by Cheryl-Lynn on January 21, 2009, at 20:37:01
Hi Cheryl,
Yes I've just completed a week of low dose selegine. I only took 1.25 mg per day, sublingually. Some say it works faster that way than swollowing the tablet...
I noticed improved sleep - deeper and longer - but also with a nightmare like structure. Also got severe pain in neck and shoulders plus also irritating dry eyes...
Can't really say it did anything for depression, but then maybe my trial run was too short.
Why don't you try Parnate? Many posters on this board speak highly of it.
Best wishes,
Maria> Has anyone tried Selegiline for depression or anhedonia? I'm at my wits end and I really need to know.
