Please don't take this lightly as seriously am terrified. Insomnia for over 37 years and severe anxiety. Well have cut doses of valium and xanax at night as only time take it. Last night tired only took 5mg instead of l0mg valium and .5 of xanax and slept from 3am till 9am. Then saw the time as usually wake about 6-7 for 2.5 more of valium with usual dose of l0mg at bed with the .5 of xanax. It was after 9 and today is day for full pill of synthroid so took it freaked as no valium cause thought should have had insomnia and took 2.5mg and went back to bed and lay there worrying why am I not having withdrawal. Seriously even if you don't like me why would this happen I terrified. Husband couldn't care less he just acts mean. Another story. Love Phillipa ps could I be dying?
