part of my own therpy is to walk miles in the country an town with my patterdale terrier dogs,one of my maiden bitch is in pup .just put that bit in.anyway i told you my ankles are plated do to motorbike wipeout. well there not the problem, well they are but this is worse, my knees are murdering me, i had years in constrution an thats the problem i think . i asked the doc if you could quarterzone inject them . he said lets have a look.then he said your joint move ok try warming up excersize before you go out.i said im walking not sprinting an the door slamed behind me.i wear sport braces to walk far but to be honest there s/it. any idea.s an dont say amputation, like penertrive creams or the likes or am i doomed.
