Welcome to babble see your're new. Great knowledge here. Lots of choices for sleep meds they seem to affect everyone differently and at different time at least for me. Now on low dose valium, xanax. A few years ago was on chloral hydrate with the benzos no more. Seems like benzos are acting in reverse for me now so also weaning down now from 20mg of valium and .5 xanax to 12.5 valium and same still of xanax. Also take my luvox low dose but increasing it at night it potentiates effects of valium and xanax. Have also taken lunesta with benzos when sleep really bad. So for me chemistry keeps changing.
