There is no right or wrong way on this one. You have to experiment to see what is best for you. Try it all at night. Try it all in the morning. Try it all at lunch time. Try it split into two doses. Set aside about a week for each experiment. If at any time you notice right away a particular dosing time is lousy, well, abort that one and move on to experiment with the next one.
People can have remarkably different responses depending on the time of day they take their dose. I for one feel absolutely aweful with a lot of meds or herbs if I take them past 4pm. I'm usually best taking them 9am. I don't know why. Even though the halflife will cover a whole day and it seems like it shouldn't matter, well, for some reason it does matter. Probably has something to do with timing the peak drugs levels with some part of the body's daily rhythme, or hormones, or something like that.
