Bad insomnia. Lamictal or Abilify?

I've recently started taking 5mg of Abilify a day, and am on the starter dose of lamictal(25g).

I've been waking up every hour of the night, and it's extremely difficult to get back to sleep. Is it more likely the abilify or Lamictal is causing my Insomnia?
