I don't think you shoud listen to ace. The best results I've heard, is the ones, who took there time. It doesn't always work until up to 3 months. But for you 5 1/2 weeks at 60, maybe thats patient enough, to move up just to 75 now or wait for the 6 week mark. But I think that you will have effects pretty soon after moving to 75.
