hey - sorry - i know that this has been posted about already but i couldn't find anything. also i'm not sure if it should be in the alternative thread or not. but i remember reading something about how antidepressants place a greater tax on the body by depleting vitamin reserves faster. is that true? if so what's a good way to compensate? i'm taking a B complex and vitamic C at the moment but that's pretty much it
