Yeah, from what I read, the medication acts very diffrent at does higher than 4.5 mg.
I have also heard about a dosing strategy where you dissolve a larger pill in a certain amount of water and measure out the liquid mix to get the right amount. That might be a more accurate way to do it of you don't have access to a compunding pharmacy.
