Do you have a PCP (primary care provider) who coordinates your specialist care? This is quite important when you are seeing multiple specialists and taking multiple medications.

> I am sorry for me it does not work that way because I have specialist, I have a doctor for pain and addiction, and he prescribes me bupe and lyrica, when I ask for anything else he tells me to see my pdoc, same with my psych he give me benzo's and nardil, and tells me to see my pdoc for anything else. I have a liver doctor who will only see me once every 6 months of so, he tell me just to go to my pdoc. I don't really have a pdoc but when I get one he is probably just going to regulate the normal stuff, becuase I got a psychatrist to regulate my anxiety and depression meds, and a pain doc to regulate my addiction, and pain me meds.
