it was the root vertion i was taking.i dont no the site it wasnt hear, there were many all saying diferrent things.it was ok for a week or so then cradualy crept up on me . an with all the stomarck bugs about i asumed it was one of them. i stuck it out 3 weeks before stumbling on more info . manicc666
