I had somehwat similar symptoms, they started after a few days of being on 5mg (had been on low doses before to no effect). For me, it was just complete lack of energy, feeling of 'deadness', and a slight visual imperfection in one of my eyes becoming more noticeable. I would get home from work and lie on the floor for hours. I did not recieve any benefit from it though. However for me these effects started pretty soon. It has a long halflife so it could take a few days to build up, im surprised it is happening now. Have you been on other doses? Perhaps you just need to reduce the dose a bit.
