It seems that everyone has to take additional medications, and some quite heavy duty ones, for sleep. Does anyone out there take Nardil and not have sleep problems? Those that have the sleep problems, can you get by with Ambien, melatonin or Benadryl(if that's allowed)? Thanks in advance.

I am on 75mg of Nardil and do have insomnia from it. The doctor has prescribed Ambien but it doesn't do much for me. I've read that it really helps some people, so you may want to try it.
