Yes, you can take Benadryl and Tylenol with Lexapro. Lexapro has very few interactions with over-the-counter medications, one reason why doctors choose it as first-line treatment. Hope the anxiety level is going down.

I was worried about taking anything even tyenol since i've never been on it:-0 also I cut it into this mornign and only took 5mg instead of 10mg. i thought i would try that and see how it is by monday. i really want to keep trying since i've already been taking it for a week. i hate to go through these s/e for nothing.
