On one hand We can Email Servier and ask them if it is their molecule.
But on the other hand, which is more important-
if it is indeed Servier's original molecule, but it's not marketed with their permission,
and/or they are not aware of the marketing in
Ukraine, I really really wouldn't want to bring it to their attention,
and make them try and stop the marketing in the Ukraine.
What do you think?
