Not to be so savage but that sounds like a cocktail for an unclean mess.

St John's Wort as a slight MAOI, 5HTP unknown exactly what it does, but could interact or may be converted to l-tryptophan. Benadryl itself can cause psychosis, activating the muscarinic receptors.

But if it works for you, I guess a slightly "alternative" mixture is allright. I would monitor that though -- the Benadryl is concerning if you have psychosis, depending how much you take.
