went to the vets i mean hospital yesterday. the zoo keeper said how are you manic , i said 55% he said thats not good . i said its better than the10% for the last two years.he said would you try C.B.T Treatment i said sure . it got to be better than 10 weeks on a med that dont work , an 8 weeks to come of it an start again.trouble is big waiting list an i will have to abort the lorazepan, i said so long as its slow ok but not yet,gimmy a bit more time to get over losein the other 6 he said ok see me in 3 months, so i went up on the ward i was in looking for buddies but they were all different faces, mind alot were young on my ward an tended to do a runner in the day an face the bollockin at night. lots of ladies that seem,s the case in england. they get abused verbaly by there men an fisicaly an crack, they are loverly people an need love in there lives,i would whatch the tv with the ladies in a right mess, an they all helped me i miss them all i grew really fond of my girls an hope they all get stronger. i saw one in town an we hugged like kids. how many normals met friends like that. we are speical,sorry for spelling. manic666x
