Thanks, the link came out okay. I couldn't find this section myself! It doesn't surprise me everyone said tramadol had helped their mood - opiates are pretty much as effective in depression as benzos are for anxiety. I notice more than a third of them mentioned addiction and dependence somewhere in their post though, so not too unrealistic on the whole.
