Others may have more to say, but it sounds as if it could have been the beginnings of one. It did pass, but you might want to stop the Maois-- if that's what you're taking-- for a week or two. It would be a good idea to call your pdoc, and talk about the situation.
Depending on what kind of hotdog you ate-- and the ingredients-- that could be it. Of if the chicken had been left out in the sun, or otherwise could have been spoiled, that could also have caused a reaction.
You didn't have most of the classic symptoms, but on the other hand, chest pain and clamminess do seem to be part of the reaction. You really need to have a home BP machine, so you can test your blood pressure.
