I was on 375 mg/day for quite sometime. Weight just climbed and climbed. After I was off the Effexor, I went on a very strict diet and lost about 25# and have managed to keep it off. But, that is all. A couple of years ago, with hard work and the help of a medical weight loss program, I lost another 25#, but it came back, and I cannot dicipline myself to get back on a strict diet and hate to go back to the weight lost center--and the $$$ that it cost.
