I had a tight feeling around the top of my head at times, but that didn't bother me.
What bothered me was losing large clumps of hair everyday. I used to have a lot of hair until I went on Wellbutrin. Thankfully my hair has stopped falling out and is slowly starting to fill out again after I stopped taking Wellbutrin. I ended up losing almost half of my hair. Hopefully you won't experience this side effect.
