LOL Very good. :-)My guess is that people whose depression is not of a biological diathesis are more apt to report a placebo response. Frederick Quitkin, MD, who died not too long ago, devoted much of his work to describing the placebo response and how it affects the interpretation of data. You can find his work on Google or Medline.
He was a real smart guy, but I wasn't too happy with his bedside manner.
