i don't like adderall much, because of what you are talking about.
it may just be start up reaction and can wear off.but Ritalin was a LOT better for me.
also Strattera didn't do that for me, was a nice little appetite suppressant, although it didn't give me the ADD assist i needed either.but i'd talk with your doc about it. if you are constantly having increase heart rate it could be a problem. otherwise give it a couple weeks and see if it calms down.
if not i say switch it.thats' just my opinion.
other more qualified persons will hopefully chime in here.
