Geezz...I could write a book now..lol. Sexual side-effects seem to be resolved easier in women then in men on SSRI's. e.g. More women respond to Wellbutrin and other add-on meds then men do.(Got that straight from the doc!)
First, get a panel of tests done, like testosterone and prolactin levels. If testosterone is low, and/or prolactin is high, you need medication for that. Don't 'wait' for anything, because as my being on the SSRI's and antipsychotics for almost 10 years, it's taking forever to get my testosterone anywhere close to 'normal'.
