I was on prozac for years, and nortriptyline twice briefly, and I can see how there would be good synergy with these meds.thanks bleauberry. based on your recommendation i actually brought up milnacipram and my pdoc said he would be happy to prescribe it (despite having never heard of it) but admitted he would more comfortable with me trying this combo first, just because he had a working knowledge of both drugs. i realise i shouldn't act to please him but considering how great he's been, and the fact that i'm so comfortable in his care, i thought i'd try the known entities first, just because they're within his 'jurisdiction' (which is sort of a condition of accepting that care) ... if that makes sense ...
