The first thing you need to know is how Nardil ages, and I don't have the answer. I don't think it decomposes into another drug over time, but I'd want to make sure.
Of course the *best* thing to do is to throw it away and get a new prescription. But I have to admit, I'd be tempted to use it to titrate up.
