Forget the boards, I just go there every now and then for a giggle when I'm feeling a little down. Some of the descriptions about some meds that I have taken over the years make me scream with laughter. The boards/forums aren't great but I find the rest of the site great. There is some info there that I haven't found anywhere else and the way it is written is honest and funny. I know we're all here for similar reasons and I have found that being able to step back and laugh more at life and situations that I once thought was hell has helped me change my attitude on life, but I also understand how hard that can be at times when life goes to crap. Just stay away from the forums.
