Other 5-HT2-antagonists, in addition to cyproheptadine (Periactin), are at least quetiapine (Seroquel) and mirtazapine (Remeron) - both of them are also strong antihistamines. However, mirtazapine is also an alpha2-adrenergic antagonist and may arouse the adrenergic system which can be hypothesised to reduce sleep quality.
