I've been taking it for 2 weeks. Have several small, itchy bumps that I thought were poison oak or ivy, but after reading some of the other Deplin posts, am suspicious that they are caused by Deplin. Also, have tingling fingers and some sleep disturbance. BUT, I think I'm feeling in increase in drive and ambition; am hoping it's not a placebo effect. I just picked up 30 more tabs ($61.99 but just found out that the Pamlab web site has a $25./off coupon) and am going to stick with it. The pain of chronic dysthymia and depression is worse than these side effects - at least so far.
