I find my solar plexus start to zing, then I get shallow breathing, trembling, my voice starts to catch with a lump in my throat and I get shaky. That's when I either go back up by 0.5 to 1 mg for a few days to stabilize and then come back down again. Good luck, please take your time and go slow
