Have you tried replacing Effexor with Zoloft or Paxil? Or replacing Adderall with Provigil, Concerta, or Focalin? Memantine can be worth experimenting with for both ADD and OCD, and guanfacine (Tenex) can be useful for ADD (don't know about OCD).
