strattera, activation then exhaustion?

initial effects were activating. not in the ideal sense, but an improvement. i have been EXHAUSTED FOR THE LAST FEW days, and my executive functionning has collapsed again. my nerve stiffness is awful.
is this exhaustion the strattera, or does straterra exhaustion happen right away, without a period of activation beforehand?
i need to think of something to do. everything is going very badly and i can't do anything.
