I'm taking Ixel now and my coldness has decreased quite a bit. Two years ago I bought a hot tub because I was so cold ALL THE TIME. I use it even in summer. When they told me I didn't have a thyroid problem, well, I just thought it was me getting old - I'm 42 now, so I would have been 40 then. I have since read that a little help with serotonin (like with Ixel or SSRi's) often helps with coldness - that was one of the many things I read that encouraged me to try it. Never took Strattera, though ....
