Mike wow complicated and sure do hope some of the true med experts answer. Seems like you've seen a host of specialists and no answers right? Well do you feel anxiety or panic during the episodes? I wonder if even through you say it's not a seizure if it could be some strange type of mini one. Ever had an EEG done or better yet sleep studies where they attach the electrodes and monitor your sleep? That way someone would have recorded exactly what happens if during the night.
