I have successfully taken myself off of Cymbalta without the withdrawl symptoms. It sounds crazy but I was taking just a little bit of the contents inside the capsil at a time. I did the same thing when I took myself off of Effexor. You are right, it is terrible to have to go through that. I wish you luck!
