Hang in there, it takes about a week to 10 days and then the side effects should subside. i think some of those are from coming off the prozac like the burning/numbness and the lump in the throat sensation, I've not heard of those being normal side effects of Welbutrin. Not having an appetite is a common side effect of Welbutrin, unfortunately (for me anyway) it doesn't last either. Good Luck!
