>You are right. I have never responded to the SSRI's and really only saw therapeutic value in the elavil. MAO's helped for a while but as I have gotten older I don't respond to anything. I think there are yet to be discovered neurotransmiters. I too have had the dereal. and depersonal. both while taking meds and without anything in system. I am not bipolar, wish I had some mania for a while. I started Ensam as of today and I pray it helps.
