Hi,

I will buy prunes next time I am at the grocery store. It is good to know there is something available to raise blood pressure if needed. So far having no problems.

The only reason I am so thin is because of my anxiety. I am usually too scared to eat. It is hard to choke down food when you are scared and anxious. I also am a recovering bulimic. If I ever do have say, a craving for a dozen doughnuts, I can always eat them and then throw them up. That hasn't been an issue for a while now though. I'm hoping it won't return because of the Nardil. But if I have to choose between being a depressed thin person and a heavier or bulimic person who is happy, I'd take the happy any day. I've pretty much faced my fears about that and come to terms with it.

I will buy prunes next time I am at the grocery store. I am doing pretty well with Glycolax which is a stool softener. I am also trying to eat raw vegetables every day. No problems this morning.

Lord knows I have spent more on meds than I have made in the past 25 years.

Amen. I have a box full of meds that I tried briefly and then quit. If I had back all the money I had spent on them, I could pay for my next years meds and have money left over.

That must have been a sly marketing tactic and so invisible to the end user, who only cares about whether it works or not, unless you pay for it out of pocket. Then it can really hurt.

At least my insurance copay for Nardil is very cheap, $10 I think. And it's the same no matter what the dosage or the amount of pills.

Hope you are doing well.

Marsha
