> Just had major surgery and on low dose percoet l and a half at night but the doc wants me on motrin round the clock and of course the antibiotic. Just checked med checker and seems luvox interracts with percocet. taking 50mg of percocet. And so tired can't wake up but pain is horrible. Back to hospital yesterday as some stitches came out and bleeding. Think this combo is okay or dangerous. Thanks Phillipa

All things considered, dose and duration of use of the ibuprofen/oxycodone, the interactions are not of any significance. If anything, you'll find the Motrin and Percocet to be modestly more effective than you might if not on the Luvox. You're already adapted to the Luvox/Valium combo, so that modest interaction is also of no importance.

I hope you feel better soon. I know I'd not be back online just after having surgery like you had.
