Hi wowee,
You sound very similar to me. Until I get my two or three cups of coffee in the morning, I am generally in a depressed mood. I've talked to my MD about adding modafinil or methylphenidate, but so far no go. Caffeine is a fairly strong stimulant that I don't seem to develop a lot of tolerance to. It is addicting; if I go a day with no coffee, the next day I will have a splitting headache. And I never get headaches.

I don't think you have to worry about caffeine being detrimental to the positive affects of Nardil. There are actually many studies showing a positive affect of caffeine.

Be well,
Jedi
