Hi Brooklyn. I've just weaned myself off all SSRIS nad started on Emsam 6mg patch. I did not feel any differently mood wise. My patch was increased to 9mg, I noticed that I became quite anxious. I had been reading all the horrific side effects if certain foods and medications are taken. The anxiety may have been from my ruminative thoughts? Anyway, I hope you can give reassurance that diet can be maintained. Also I have a terrible cold and cough, any overcounter medications that won't interfere with Emsam?
