You're probably right about the dosage, I think my last psychiatrist was a little overzealous. He started me at 300. Just a month later I told him I wasn't really feeling any major effects from it one way or the other, and he immediately decided to bump me to 400. I get the feeling if I had kept saying it wasn't doing anything he would have had me up to 2000mg in a few months :p
