My P-Doc told me when he prescribed the increase in the Wellbutrin that it could potentiate seizures. He said that the risk was almost nothing considering I am on Lamictal and high-dose Depakote (ER formulation).
This P-doc is actually my "second opinion"....my insurance changed and I had to change P-docs last month. The new one seems to think that the last one did a good job and just upped the doses on everything. I really want to talk about changing antidepressants....it would be great if I could find ONE that would work instead of FOUR! I go back in a couple of weeks so I'll discuss it with him.
