Anyone Like and Have Deplin Working for Them?

Okay am on the Deplin 7.5 no anxiety so does that mean it isn't going to work? And the excess is like C you urinate it out as water soluable. Also cut 2.5mg of valium cause so tired. Any answers? Please Phillipa
