Sorting your depression out is more important than your sex life SURELY! Nardil usually causes anorgasmia after about a month, usually around the same time as it starts to work. It lasts for a good while but for most it does eventually fade away on it's own. Theres always a chance that an addon med might help with the anorgasmia - I currently have this side effect with Marplan & plan on trying a tiny dose of mirtazapine for it.

At the end of the day you will still be able to have sex & enjoy it, but for a while you'll find it difficult to orgasm.
