A few points: Nardil and B6 react so they both cause a deficiency in the other. If I take B6 I try to make it 6 hours after my Nardil dose.

I put on weight. It's dose related and apparently nothing to do with appetite or amount eaten, so Nardil must slow the metabolism (so it makes your days seem longer!). As I'm diabetic the weight gain puts my sugars up, which I cannot allow. Sexual side effects abate on lowering the dose. I'm trying the low maintenance dose idea
