The Tenex -seemed- (could have been my imagination) to make me a little edgy, I'm afraid, as well as possibly disrupting my sleep (but that's probably because of my already-existing sleep difficulties). Overall, I just didn't like the 'feel' of it, though I did not give it time for my brain to normalize and deal with the side-effects. But for other reasons, I didn't want to complicate my life by being involved in a long medication trial just then.
I've never really heard of anyone else disliking the Tenex for reasons like that, so I'm not certain whether anyone besides myself should pay much attention to my discomfort with it - I tend to dislike minor side-effects of most medications.
