Grapefruit is more studied than honey and it falls in what I would consider "possible" category. Yes, its probably not a good idea to down a gallon of grapefruit juice with medications at CYP3A4. On the other hand, I doubt an occasional grapefruit on the hand is going to have life changing consequences. Grapefruit juice is an acquired taste personally anyhow :)

Same thing, but more life concerning can be said for certain vegetables with Vitamin K and warfarin therapy.
