I take seroquel in combination with reboxetine (anti-depressant) and this works better for my depression than reboxetine alone. I think this is because my worst depression is based on unreal thoughts and so anti-psychotic helps with that. I take 250mg at night and 50 mg in the morning. The more you take the more sedative, as I have been on various doses.

I think seroquel alone won't fix your depression. Are you on anti-depressants?
