I took 50 mg seroquel last night and slept for a solid 8 hours. I also took off the patch after aprrox. 13 hours. Quite a difference and definitely better than the early awakening and insomnia. Definitely feel a hangover though, kind of tired and spacey. Also noticed a marked increase in appetite. However, I did not cry this morning for the first time in a month... Think I will try 25 mg seroquel and leave the patch on tonight. Also have been taking 400 mg potassium citrate the last two nights.
